We are a Utah company with our head office in Layton.  Currently there are only two members in our company, Elaine Quraishi (CEO) and Irfan Quraishi (Operations Manager).  Our company is still in the building phase so if you have any ideas or suggestions, please don't hesitate to Contact Us.

Our Business

Was born out of the vacuum created by the sub-prime lending collapse.  Many home owners are forced to sell their homes which created a need to provide rental homes.  If you are one of those home owners who has to sell your homes, please call us and we may be able to find a way for you to get out of the mortgage yet be able to stay in the same home.  

Who We Are

Elaine and Irfan are equal partners in Spacious Rentals, LLC and in life as-well.  Elaine is also a successful manager and co-owner of a local Curves fitness center in Cottonwood Heights, Utah.  You guessed it the other co-owner is Irfan who is a Systems Engineer in Telecommunications industry by profession, however after he finished his MBA, he got interested in Business Management.
